Lori Urso
Lori is a physical therapist by training but has a long history of enjoying and supporting choral
music. She has enjoyed participating in a variety of singing groups, ranging from high school
and college choirs to a women's barbershop chorus. For over 20 years, Lori and her husband,
Richard, have enjoyed supporting the artistic and singing endeavors of their daughter, who
currently teaches voice lessons and performs locally. Lori is an active community volunteer with
organizations such as Theatre Arlington, Open Arms Health Clinic, the Arlington Public Library,
and Women Inspiring Philanthropy. She also serves on other boards including the Tarrant
County Medical Society Alliance and the Immunization Collaboration of Tarrant County. In her
spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, attending live theater and exploring our National
Parks. She looks forward to serving on the board and supporting Voices!
